Everyone has a different case but everyone has the same goal: getting to Germany.

The Qualified Worker / Blue Card
The only difference between a blue card holder and a qualified/skilled worker is that one has a university diploma and the other has not. The whole process is almost the same, they only get different visas/residency titles.
Diplomas, certificates, references and a solid CV are musts.
And a company that's willing to sign someone they'd have to wait at least 2 months before that personel arrives.
The hardest part is usually finding an employer.

Our most usual cases
The Student
Be it bachelor or masters students, both have to follow almost the same criteria. Know the deadline of the school you wanna apply to, be on the wanted language level, have the required qualifications... You may need a blocked account, depending on your nationality and your family/sponsor situation.
The most important advise I give to students is, learn about the economic state and the house market of the city you want to study in.
Also, to save a few dimes, pick cheaper insurance companies.
Not every case needs a consultant BUT a consultant may know a few things you don't know about yet.

The Jobseeker
Firstly, I have to say that the last jobseeker case I took was before the German embassy changed its visa application systems and it took us one year to get a Chance Card (jobseeker visa). I don't know how it became in the mean time, but I may find out soon since we are about to start a new case (the client waits for her sponsors appointment at the immigration office)
